UPS Maintenance

Having a standby power system is in no way a guarantee of continuous power protection. Batteries and components do fail, and, without regular maintenance, could go unchecked and compromise your system. A planned program of maintenance should always be considered as an essential part of your standby power system.

All TSE maintenance packages include free 24/7 telephone support.

We have three levels of maintenance contract.

• BASIC   This allows for a one off PPM visit per contract year and a guaranteed response to site time. All parts, labour and travelling will be chargeable.
• CORRECTIVE   This is the same as BASIC but all call out labour is included.
• EXTENSIVE   This is the same as BASIC but all parts and labour are included.

With our response contracts we will guarentee an engineer on site within a specific time. This ranges from 2 hours to next working day depending on the level of cover required.
